  • 1/2 taza de brócoli cocido y cortado en árbolitos
  • 1/2 taza de espinaca cocida y sin exceso de líquidos
  • 1/2 taza de queso panela cortado en cubitos pequeños
  • 2 piezas de huevo cocido, revuelto o estrellado
  • 1/2 taza de salsa verde


  1. En un bowl agrega la espinaca y el brócoli
  2. Sobre estos coloca el huevo revuelto y el queso panela.
  3. Baña todo con salsa verde y calienta en el microondas.
